Content on this site — text, designs, graphics, tools, and code — belongs to NexusWave or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped at scale, or republished without permission, except as fair dealing/fair use allows. You may link to any page.
- Your authority
When you submit a URL to the GEO Readiness Checker or Speed & SEO Snapshot, you confirm you own that website or are authorized to have it analyzed. Our systems fetch the public page once per run, identify themselves, and respect reasonable technical limits.
- Fair use
Tools are rate-limited and for genuine evaluation use. Automated bulk querying, resale of results, or use of the tools to analyze sites you have no relationship with at scale is not permitted.
- Informational results
Tool outputs — scores, snapshots, and estimates — are informational and generated automatically. They are a starting point, not professional advice, a guarantee of outcomes, or (for the Cost Estimator) a binding quote. Binding pricing exists only in an itemized written proposal we issue.
Published prices are starting points in USD (CAD within Canada) and may change; the pricing page shows its last-updated date. Monthly plans described on this site are month-to-month and cancellable with one month’s notice, as stated on the pricing page; the operative terms for any purchased engagement are in its written proposal/agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without a signed proposal.
Reviews displayed on this site are authored by third parties on Google and Clutch and shown via their official interfaces; we don’t edit review text. Links to third-party sites — including our own separate products qpostr (qpostr.com) and Skejel (skejel.com) — lead to services with their own terms and policies.
Don’t attempt to breach, overload, or probe the site’s security; don’t use the site or tools for unlawful purposes; don’t misrepresent your identity in forms or chat.
The site and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or to our services, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly. Most issues are settled this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you and NexusWave Technologies Inc. agree that it will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, sitting in Vancouver, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court with proper jurisdiction, or from bringing a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, this section does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
