What we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and the rights you have over it — written to be read, not skimmed past.

This policy covers the nexuswave.tech website and its tools. Our software products qpostr (qpostr.com) and Skejel (skejel.com) are separate services with their own privacy policies.
- Contact & quote forms
Name, email, company, service interest, budget range, message — plus the page you submitted from, your language/locale, referrer, and campaign (UTM) parameters. Used to respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals; stored in our CRM (Zoho). Legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract at your request; legitimate interest in responding.
- Call bookings
Name, email, and scheduling details you provide via Skejel, used to arrange and hold the meeting.
- Live chat
If you use the chat widget (Zoho SalesIQ), we process your messages and, once the widget is active, visitor interaction data. The widget loads only after cookie consent (see Cookie Policy).
- Newsletter
Email address and language preference, with double opt-in, via Zoho Campaigns. Unsubscribe links in every email. Legal basis: consent.
- Free tools
For the GEO Readiness Checker and Speed & SEO Snapshot, we fetch the public webpage at the URL you submit and generate a report; we log the URL and results. If you request the full report by email, we use that address to send it. The Project Cost Estimator runs in your browser; inputs are only transmitted if you choose to send the estimate or request a quote.
- Analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device) to help us improve the site. GA4 does not load before consent.
- Server logs
IP address, user agent, and requested URLs are logged for security and operations, retained briefly. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure service.
- Public reviews
Our reviews page displays reviews you may have publicly posted about us on Google or Clutch, retrieved via their official interfaces. These remain governed by those platforms; contact us to discuss display of your review.
Zoho Corporation (CRM, chat, bookings, email campaigns), Google (Analytics, PageSpeed Insights API, Business Profile API for our own reviews), our hosting provider, and Cloudflare (CDN/security). We do not sell personal information.
We are a Canadian company serving a global audience; some processors store data outside your country.
Inquiries and CRM records: retained while relevant to a business relationship. Newsletter data: until unsubscribe. Tool logs and server logs: short operational windows.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing (GDPR); Canadian users have access and correction rights and complaint recourse to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (PIPEDA). The site is a business-services site and not directed at children.
