Questions about this pillar
What does a website care plan include?
Managed hosting with SSL, scheduled updates and security patching, backups, monitoring (Business and up), included content-change hours, and a support channel with a real team behind it — from $75/mo, month-to-month.
Do you host the sites you build?
Yes. Hosting & care plans start from $75/mo and keep your site online, updated, and looked after — so you are not left maintaining a production site alone.
Can you take over a website you didn't build?
Yes. We start with an onboarding health-check (hosting, security, backups, update debt), fix anything urgent, then move it onto a plan.
What is included in a care plan?
Hosting, software updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security, and support with a one-business-day response. It is the whole "keep it running" layer in one fixed monthly price.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us — usually before you notice — and restoring service becomes our problem, not yours. Priority-tier clients get same-day response commitments.
What are the care plan tiers?
Three fixed monthly tiers — Essential at $75/mo, Business, and Priority — published openly on the Pricing page. All are month-to-month.
Do you keep backups, and have you actually tested restoring them?
Yes and yes. An untested backup is a hope, not a backup — restore drills are part of the process.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes, through a care plan, with a one-business-day response time. Launch is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.
Are content updates included?
Business includes 1 hour/month and Priority 3 hours/month for text, image, and small layout changes. Larger changes get quoted separately — you'll always know which side of the line a request falls on.
Where are sites hosted, and what about data residency?
On managed server infrastructure, with a Canadian region available for Canadian client data in line with PIPEDA. If your data must stay in a specific region, tell us and we will host it there.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — all plans are month-to-month with one month's notice, and your site, files, and backups leave with you. No hostage-taking.
