At NexusWave Technologies Inc., we’re looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer (WordPress & SEO) to design, develop, and optimize high-performing websites for our clients.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to build responsive websites that not only look great but also rank well and convert effectively. You’ll use tools like Elementor, Rank Math, SEMrush, Zoho, ChatGPT Business, and WooCommerce to bring ideas to life and ensure every site performs at its best.
Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and other builders.
- Integrate and optimize SEO using Rank Math, SEMrush, and best practices.
- Configure and manage WooCommerce stores for e-commerce clients.
- Use ChatGPT Business and other AI tools to assist with code, content, and automation.
- Implement Zoho integrations for forms, CRM, and marketing workflows.
- Ensure all websites are fast, secure, and mobile-responsive.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators using Canva and shared assets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain regular updates and backups.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in WordPress website development.
- Proficiency with Elementor and Rank Math SEO plugin.
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SEMrush and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Sites, or Campaigns).
- Understanding of WooCommerce setup and customization.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for efficiency.
- Good design sense and ability to collaborate using Canva or Figma.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
